Eligibility
For admission to the polytechnic diploma courses the minimum eligibility to appear the Polytechnic Entrance 2015 are as the follows:

    The candidates must be Indian (or NRI) and permanent resident of Goa state.
    No age limit is required.
    The candidates must be passed the 10th or secondary School Certificate examination of the Goa Board or its equivalent examination from any recognized board.
    The candidates must have 45% marks (40% for reserving categories) with science, mathematics and English for engineering courses.
    For Hotel management and Catering technology the minimum marks should be 35% in HSSC in any discipline.
    For food & garment technology the minimum marks should be 35% in SSC with science, mathematics and English as compulsory subjects.
    For pharmacy the minimum marks should be 35% in HSSC with Physics, Chemistry, mathematics/ Biology as compulsory subjects.
    For Modern Office Practice the minimum marks should be 35% in HSSC in any discipline.
